I’m Mary, a British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) member practicing in Oxhey, Watford, conveniently located near Bushey Station.

With over two decades of medical experience, I specialize in:

Fertility and pregnancy support (certified member of the Zita West network and the Acupuncture Childbirth Team)
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)
Japanese and Facial Acupuncture
Five Element Acupuncture

I draw upon all these experiences to formulate custom treatment plans to fit my patients’ needs.

The beauty of acupuncture is that it treats the body as a whole, rather than working in isolation on one specific area.

I can not thank Mary enough for the help she gave me. I went to see her with a severe needle phobia. I had been avoiding medical treatment for years due to this and had tried a number of techniques including hypnotherapy but nothing worked. I had the idea that acupuncture may be a way to overcome it. She was hugely patient with me and within a few sessions my confidence increased enough for me to go and have a blood test. I am over the moon.

I would definitely recommend Mary. She is so kind, professional and reassuring. I was very nervous for the first visit and Mary made me feel relaxed and calm and was very very gentle. I have had many sessions with her and have always felt so much better after my visits. Do not hesitate, particularly if you are new to acupuncture.

Highly recommend Mary. Initially visited for acupuncture to aid with fertility and I fell pregnant after just one month of seeing her regularly - she's a miracle worker! She's so professional and I always come away feeling very relaxed.

I don't usually do reviews but I really wanted to this time. Had a couple of sessions with Mary now and I always feel great by the end of them! Awesome for relaxation and even better for stress relief, but this mainly helps with an old football injury I have. She came highly recommended and I fully understand why.

I've used Mary several times for a recurring knee pain that I get from years of martial arts training. All other treatments only have an instant 'pain relief' and the pain returns after a short time, but with Mary the results are lasting and I am getting better progressively with each treatment. I am able to enjoy my training a lot more and I will keep visiting until I am completely healed. Highly recommended and 5/5 stars for Mary's acupuncture!
