Covid-19 Clinic Update

The clinic has now re-opened, following government guidelines for Covid-19.

Prior to your visit, I will ask you to fill out a consent form – which you can view here.

If this is our first appointment, please email me:

• Any medication and/or supplements you’re currently taking, including dosage
• Your symptom history
• Your medical history

I will use these to inform my diagnosis and treatment.

Symptoms
If you or anyone you’ve been in contact with has Covid symptoms please let me know so that we can re-arrange.

Bags
If possible please bring as few items as possible with you for your appointment.

On arrival
I will ask you to wash or sanitise your hands.

Masks
I will be wearing a mask and I will require you to wear one too. If you don’t have one, then I can provide one.

Treatment spacing
I will be spacing out patients, allowing 20 minutes between appointments to ensure social distancing between patients and time for cleaning and room ventilation.

Payment
I continue to accept cash, cheque or bank transfers.
